NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Buying anything does not improve your chances. This is a skill-based promotion. Winners are picked on the quality of their runs, not at random.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion. Questions go to Dumblit, not Instagram.

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of this promotion and are not involved in it in any way. If you play in the Dumblit app, the app stores that distribute it have nothing to do with the promotion or its prize.

1. Sponsor

2. Who can enter

  • Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Age 18 or older at the time of entry, or age 13 to 17 with a parent's or legal guardian's written permission. Sponsor will ask for that permission before featuring a minor.
  • You must have a public Instagram account in good standing.
  • Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families and households can play but can't be featured.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to enter

  1. Play a round of You Got Bars at dumblit.com/games/yougotbars with recording on.
  2. Post the recording to your public Instagram account as a Reel or feed post.
  3. Add @yougotbarsofficial and @dumblitstudios as Collaborators (Tag people → Invite collaborator). If you can't invite collaborators, tag both accounts in the caption instead.
  4. Include #YouGotBars and #contest in the caption. The #contest disclosure is required. Entries without it won't be featured.

Each post is one entry. Tagging does not guarantee a feature. Only tag accounts and people who actually appear in or are part of your post. Instagram's rules forbid inaccurate tagging.

Or submit it in the Game. If you're 18 or older, you can also enter by tapping Submit to the leaderboard after a recorded run. Your run goes public in the Game's gallery at dumblit.com/games/yougotbars/gallery, and Sponsor may repost it on its own accounts whether or not you posted it yourself. Each submitted run is one entry. You can enter as many times as you like.

4. Entry rules

Your entry must:

  • be your own original performance, recorded in the Game, using only the Dumblit beat it came with (no other music)
  • include only people who agreed to be in it. Anyone under 18 in the video needs a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • follow the content rules in the Terms of Use: no threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity
  • follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that breaks these rules. Sponsor may also disqualify an entry that appears to use bots, bought engagement or someone else's work.

5. Promotion period

The promotion is ongoing. It starts September 28, 2026 and runs until Sponsor ends it by updating this page. Sponsor reviews entries on a rolling basis, usually each week. Entries posted while the promotion is running are eligible.

6. How features are picked

Sponsor's team judges entries on:

  • flow and timing on the beat (40%)
  • landing the words and creativity with them (30%)
  • delivery and energy (20%)
  • overall entertainment value (10%)

Game scores and gallery votes may be considered but don't decide it. Sponsor's decisions are final.

7. The prize: a feature

  • Each winner gets their run featured, meaning reposted or shared with credit to their handle, on @dumblitstudios and/or @yougotbarsofficial. It may also appear on dumblit.com.
  • The feature has no cash value. There's no cash substitute, and it can't be transferred.
  • Approximate retail value: $0.
  • Sponsor picks the number of features and when they post.
  • A feature is not a record deal, sponsorship, employment or partnership. It creates no obligation beyond these rules.

8. Winner notification

  • Sponsor contacts winners only by Instagram direct message from @yougotbarsofficial or @dumblitstudios.
  • Before featuring you, Sponsor will ask you to confirm by reply that:
    • you meet the eligibility rules
    • you have permission from everyone in the video
    • you agree to the feature
    For minors, Sponsor will also need a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • If you don't reply within 7 days, Sponsor may pick someone else.
  • Sponsor will never ask for a password, a login code, payment or personal financial information, and will never send a link to "claim" a prize. Anyone who does is not us. Report them to Instagram.

9. License to your entry

Entering grants Sponsor the marketing and advertising license in section 4 of the Terms of Use. It's worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual. It lets Sponsor:

  • repost, edit, adapt and publish your entry for any marketing, promotional or advertising purpose, including paid ads, in any media
  • show your name, handle, voice and likeness as part of your entry

This applies whether or not you're featured, and you won't be paid for it. You keep ownership of your performance. You can ask Sponsor to stop new uses and take reposts down at any time at studios@dumblitinc.com. Ads already booked may finish their run. Sponsor won't use a minor's entry in paid advertising without a parent's or guardian's signed release.

10. Sponsors inside the Game

Some rounds show logos of Sponsor's partners. Those partners aren't sponsors of this promotion unless Sponsor says so here. When Sponsor posts a feature that is part of a paid partnership, Sponsor will label it as one.

11. General conditions

  • Sponsor isn't responsible for:
    • technical failures, lost or late entries
    • posts Instagram removes or hides
    • private accounts Sponsor can't see
  • Sponsor may change, suspend or end the promotion if it can't run as planned, or if fraud or technical problems affect it.
  • By entering, you agree to release Sponsor and Instagram/Meta from claims related to taking part, to the extent the law allows.
  • These rules are governed by the laws that govern the Terms of Use.

12. Privacy

Information you give Sponsor for this promotion is handled under the Privacy Policy.

To see who was featured, check @yougotbarsofficial and @dumblitstudios on Instagram, or email studios@dumblitinc.com within 60 days of a feature.
